Terms & Conditions – All orders are subject to local and state law in your local jurisdictions. Waymaker reserves no liability to the current or future legality of parts in your jurisdictions. We ask that you confirm their legality and understand that we have no control of future legislation’s. Any part or firearm ordered that is not allowed or is illegal to purchase in jurisdiction is subject to a 25% cancellation fee once order is placed. Any return postage or FFL fee’s incurred are also the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping-

All accessories, parts, non firearm items, as well as rifles and lower receivers will ship via UPS Ground. All pistols are required to ship via UPS 2nd day. If you wish for upgraded shipping, please email us and we can arrange that at additional cost. We attempt to get all items packaged and shipped within 2-3 days, often times quicker. However we ask for you patience with timing as at times items may take an additional day or 2 to ship. We are working as hard as possible to get items out as soon as we can.
